サポートOSについてはP4Vのリリースノートに記載されています。

P4V 2024.4の場合

    Microsoft Windows 
        10 (1809 or later) (x86_64)
        11 (x86_64)
    macOS 11, 12, 13, 14 (x86_64 and arm64)
    Linux (x86_64)
        Red Hat 8.8, 9.2
        Ubuntu 22.04
        openSUSE 15.5

使用できるP4Dバージョンとの組み合わせに関しては Interoperating With Previous Releases に記載されています。

P4V 2023.3の場合、以下のとおり、P4D 2019.2 以降のバージョンをサポートしています。

Interoperating With Previous Releases

    This version of Helix P4V officially supports Helix Core 2019.2 
    or higher. The functionality available in Helix P4V depends on the 
    server version as well as the Helix P4V version

2024年12月のサポートポリシー更新に伴い、P4V 2024.4以降では以下のとおり変更されています。

Interoperating With Previous Releases

    You can use this version of Helix P4V with any Helix Core Server version
    that is currently under "standard maintenance" at
    https://portal.perforce.com/s/article/Helix-Core-Maintenance-Lifecycle-Helix-Core-Server-P4D. 
    The functionality available in Helix P4V depends on the server version as well 
    as the Helix P4V version.
